You also have the right to have your lawyer informed that you have been detained and the right to a private consultation, normally via telephone, with your lawyer before the interview.
Therefore, if you are detained, make sure that you ask the police to contact us immediately.

If you are released from custody and later receive a court summons from the Procurator Fiscal, contact us.
